Managing Partner

Jannett is our managing partner. She is a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Accounting and more than 15 years of experience in the accounting field.  Her experience includes: formation of new entities with the most efficient tax structure, training and implementation of accounting software suited for each client, preparation and review of financial statements,  sales tax compliance and general business acumen.

Jannett’s previous experience includes working for a reputable South Florida CPA Firm, seven years in a world–renowned rum producer and distributor and three years in a luxury products distributor as the Controller. Jannett speaks Spanish fluently.

Jannett was born in Venezuela and is married to Jose Huerta. They have two kids and enjoy dancing, cooking and spending time with the family.
